OPC is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles within the Act in relation to the handling, use and management of personal information.
OPC only collects personal information, such as email addresses, where that information is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, performing one or more of OPC’s functions or activities. OPC may collect this personal information in a variety of ways, including online (through our website as well as email), over the telephone and by fax.
