OPC client advisers
OPC client advisers are Parliamentary Counsel from whom client agencies can obtain quick, informal advice about matters in which OPC has expertise, including the following:
- options for legislative approaches
- matters necessary, desirable or acceptable for inclusion in Bills or instruments
- options for improving the standard of instruments and managing the sunsetting of legislative instruments
- the form of drafting instructions

OPC Guide for Clients
